Return and Refund Policy

We want MakDock customers to feel confident when ordering. If there is a problem with your order, email hello@shopmakdock.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Your legal right to cancel

In addition to your legal right to cancel within 14 days under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, MakDock offers an extended return window for convenience.

Return period

Customers can return items within 30 days of purchase.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received, with any included accessories where possible.

Return shipping

As the initial delivery is free of charge, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or defective.

Refund process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and confirm that it has been received. We will then notify you about the status of your refund after the inspection. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
